New guests: place a $10 deposit for 2012Share
Race fans can secure the best pricing Michigan International Speedway has to offer when NASCAR racing returns to the track in 2012 with a $10 deposit.
NASCAR Sprint Cup Series returns to Michigan International Speedway in 2012 on June 17 and Aug. 19.
The speedway’s tiered pricing structure guarantees renewing guests and new customers who place a refundable $10 deposit will get the lowest pricing the track has to offer on race tickets and/or camping at the track.
After renewal and deposit timeframe through Jan. 31, prices WILL go up. Period.
“Almost 30 percent of our guests this year were new to MIS, so we want to ensure that we continue making MIS an affordable, fun and easy place to visit every year,” track President Roger Curtis said. “We are doing our best to attract new fans, while keeping the fans who have always loved coming here and making MIS their summer destination.”
MIS pledges to never undercut loyal customers and those who want to become loyal customers.
Customers who had tickets in 2011 will receive a renewal packet in October. That packet will detail 2012 pricing – which will increase over time. Only renewal customers and those who leave deposits will receive the lowest pricing MIS has to offer.
New customers who want to open an account for 2012 tickets have until Jan. 15 by calling 800-354-1010 or by visiting www.MISpeedway.com.
In January, a guest services representative will contact guests who place a deposit and walk them through choosing the best seats.
Nestled in the lush Irish Hills of Southeastern Michigan, Michigan International Speedway is the Great Escape, a venerable NASCAR national park where fans can get away and enjoy the very best in racing and camaraderie. It’s the love of racing and the thrill of a great time for race fans and drivers alike.
