The FAN provides a unique opportunity to communicate directly with the MIS staff about the Guest experience, as well as assist in the future planning of the track.
“We take great pride in enhancing our fans’ experience and the Fan Advisory Network is another opportunity for us to gather feedback,” MIS President Roger Curtis said. “It is important to us that we maintain an open line of communication with our guests as we strive to make their trip to the track memorable each time. The FAN allows us to talk with our fans and solicit ideas to improve the fan experience.”
MIS has taken its commitment to the Guest experience to new heights and is at the forefront in the racing community. It’s the advice and trust from a fellow race fan that makes MIS a real community of families.
The FAN is associated with many functions at MIS – planning, advertising, logistics – and members will have an opportunity to improve all facets of the track. The track believes all ideas are important and appreciates all feedback.
MIS wants to hear from its loyal fan base. And what a better way than hearing directly from you, the fans?
All MIS asks in return is that you are passionate about Michigan International Speedway and its overall success for generations to come. Share your knowledge of racing and the track with fellow fans through the FAN.
Members of the FAN will make recommendations and suggestions where the track can improve the experience for every guest. The network corresponds through email to advise the speedway on various initiatives to enhance the fans visit.
In addition, FAN members who are actively involved will be considered for the Fan Advisory Board. Members of the FAB will attend regularly scheduled meetings to provide feedback to the staff at MIS. The board will also have the opportunity to help all first-time visitors or even some repeat guests to the track through the MIS Rookie Pit Stop as well as answer fan questions through the website.
