The Budweiser Party Porch features live entertainment all weekend
The day does not end when the on-track activity concludes at Michigan International Speedway in June. Instead, the action moves to the Budweiser Party Porch in Turn Four where live music continues late into the night.
The Budweiser Party Porch at Michigan International Speedway is a respite area and hang-out at the track, all overlooking Turn Four. It is open all day and practically all night.
“The Budweiser Party Porch proved to be a great addition to MIS in 2012,” MIS President Roger Curtis said. “We saw the crowds continue to grow and only expect to see more fans take advantage of this area. We are happy to have Dani Jamerson play on Saturday night after the Alliance Truck Parts 250.”
On Friday, DJ Services will be spinning the tunes from 12 – 5 p.m. and then again from 7 – 11 p.m. The party porch will remain open until midnight.
Guests to the Budweiser Party Porch on Saturday will be entertained by country music artist Dani Jamerson. The Sherwood, Mich. native will play from 7 – 11 p.m. You will hear country, rock, pop, and blues music projected from Jamerson’s one-of-a-kind unique blend of both silky smooth and coarse, gritty vocals when the Dani Jamerson Band is on stage.
Patrons will also have the opportunity to ride an 80-foot tall Ferris Wheel overlooking the fastest track in NASCAR.
DJ Services will get the day started while the action roars by on the NASCAR’s fastest track. What a better place to watch the Alliance Truck Parts 250 than from the Budweiser Party Porch with your friends listening to your favorite music.
The patio includes concession and merchandise stands, as well as a full bar. Plus, there will be umbrella-covered picnic tables for fans to sit and relax during the day.
The Turn Four Patio is for guests of all ages before and during the race.
After the race, the Budweiser Party Porch is a cool hang-out for the speedway’s camping guests 21 and older. The age restrictions will be enforced about one hour after the race.
Shuttle Services will be available on Friday and Saturday nights to and from select MIS campgrounds during evening hours only. The shuttle will run from approximately 7 p.m. – midnight depending on the campground. Details will be posted inside each of the campground entrances offering shuttles.
