Wheelin & Dealin for MIS Cares doubles down on October 10Share
Fans will have the opportunity to display their skills in a casino night at Michigan International Speedway on Oct. 10. The Champions Club presented by CP Federal Credit Union will be transformed for Wheelin & Dealin for MIS Cares for one night.
Guests will have the opportunity to partake in a variety of activities throughout the night. There will be tables set up in the Champions Club presented by CP Federal Credit Union to play Blackjack, Texas Hold ‘em, Roulette and Craps.
“I am looking forward to gambling against our great fans at Wheelin & Dealin for MIS Cares to raise money for charity,” MIS President Roger Curtis said. “The Champions Club provides a unique setting to gamble high above the fastest track in NASCAR all while watching the race on numerous televisions. And the best part is it all helps MIS Cares as we continue to give back to great organizations in the community.”
The doors to the Champions Club presented by CP Federal Credit Union will open at 6:30 p.m. on Oct. 10. A Mongolian BBQ style dinner will start at 6:30 p.m. Guests can select their own vegetables, spices, sauce and meat and then watch as trained chefs from Americrown prepare your plate.
You can purchase your tickets at www.miscares.com or by calling 517-592-1285. But hurry because the event is limited to 150 people and these tickets are sure to go quickly. It is $70 per person or $125 per couple. This event is for guests 21 and older. Gambling is for entertainment purposes only.
The evening will include dinner, dessert, two drink tickets, an event gift, entertainment, starting chips and so much more. Plus you can watch the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race at Charlotte Motor Speedway on more than 50 televisions. What a better place to watch the race than high above Michigan International Speedway while you gamble with your friends.
Just by attending you have the opportunity to win a trip to the 2015 Ford Championship Weekend at Homestead-Miami Speedway (airfare and race tickets included).
You will want to make sure you take part in the silent auction for your chance to take home some must have items. Fans will be able to bid on a Jeff Gordon autographed diecast car, a trip to Grand Traverse Resort, a concourse level suite to a Detroit Pistons game, a Tom Izzo autographed basketball and much more.
And what evening would be complete without a magician. Jeff the Magician will entertain the crowd throughout the night as he roams from table to table. Be sure to check out the magic routine of Flint, Michigan native Jeff Olds. You will not be disappointed.
MIS focuses on charity through the program MIS Cares. MIS and its sister company Americrown combined donated a total of $774,873 to local service groups and organizations through cash donations, work programs, grants and sponsorships, as well as tickets and merchandise that clubs raffle to raise money in 2014.
MIS Cares is a donor advised fund of The NASCAR Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit entity. MIS Cares’ mission is to create a lasting, positive impact on our community through charitable giving and volunteer efforts that cultivate community growth and advances quality of life.
