How do I renew my 2009 tickets and/or campsites for 2010?
ALL 2009 ACCOUNT HOLDERS will receive a Renewal Invitation that is expected to be mailed in September of 2009. It is the account holder's responsibility to inform MIS of non-receipt prior to October 12, 2009. If you have not received your renewal by then, please contact the MIS Ticket Office at 1.800.354.1010. The deadline for MIS to receive your renewal is November 6, 2009.
But I want to relocate my tickets and/or campsites - how do I do that?
There will be a set calling period for ticket and camping relocations and additions. Please read over your Renewal Invitation for specific instructions when you receive it.
How can I purchase tickets or campsites for 2010?
Our public on-sale date for the 2010 MIS race season is April 5, 2010. However, we are currently accepting deposits from NEW CUSTOMERS until January 4, 2010. Deposits are $30 for tickets and campsite for the NASCAR SPRINT Cup Series only. Please call us at 1.800.354.1010 for further details. The time to redeem your deposit for tickets and/or camping will be January 28-29, 2010. Please note: Renewal customers (i.e. anyone who purchased tickets/camping in their name for 2009) DO NOT need to place a deposit.
What payment methods does MIS accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. Payment by check, money order, traveler's checks and cash are also accepted. Personal checks are not accepted race week.

How do I contact the MIS Ticket Office?
The MIS Ticket Hotline can be contacted at 1.800.354.1010 from 9am - 9pm EST - 7 days a week. The Ticket Office business hours are Monday - Friday, from 9am - 5pm. You may also email us at mitickets@mispeedway.com. (Note: Emails with attachments will not be opened or answered.)
I moved, and I don't want to miss my renewal! How can I change my address?
Michigan International Speedway now allows you to change your address over the phone at 1.800.354.1010 as long as you can verify certain information regarding your account. You can also mail or fax THIS FORM with the photo ID and signature of the account holder on file. Also include any changes of phone numbers and email addresses, if applicable. I own a small business … how can I entertain a few guests at MIS on race day?
We have a variety of packages, from our Acceleration Club to our Chalets, Suites and Skyboxes, just right for entertaining any size group. If you are interested in corporate hospitality, please call our Hospitality Hotline at 517.592.1161.
Can my friends and I also enjoy the hospitality clubs?
There's always more than a race going on at MIS, and you can get in on the insider action with an all-inclusive Fan Hospitality package as an individual or small group. There are Hospitality Clubs specific to a certain race or to a whole weekend. Each guarantees a unique experience with special guest speakers. Perks also include food, beverages, hospitality tent access, pre-race pit pass, souvenir program, entertainment and commemorative gifts. Openings are limited, so call us now at 1.800.354.1010.
Can I schedule a tour of the track?
Track tours are not permitted for the general public. The MIS viewing area is open from 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday. Fans must sign in at the administration building before using the viewing area.
Where can I buy MIS merchandise?
MIS merchandise is now available for purchase in the lobby of the administration building. Cash and credit is accepted. No checks please. You may purchase merchandise on-line by visiting the new ISC Motorsports Store www.RacingOne.com. You may also visit the many vendors behind the main grandstands on race weekends.
What sort of driving schools do you have at MIS?
For 2008-09, Richard Petty Driving Experience and Mach 1 Racing School will be operating out of MIS from April through October. For pricing information and reservations, visit our driving schools page here.

For consideration, which Holder acknowledges, Holder expressly agrees:
All Ticket Sales Are Final - No Money Refunded - No Exchanges. Michigan International Speedway ("MIS") is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. In the event of postponement of the race, the ticket will be honored on the date the race is held.
The date and time of the event(s) listed are subject to change by MIS or the sanctioning body of the particular Event. Holder assumes responsibility for verifying the dates and times of the Event(s) prior to travel or other arrangements in connection with the Event(s).
The Holder of this ticket expressly assumes all risk incident to the event, whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event and agrees that all participants, sanctioning bodies, and all employees, agents, officers, and directors of MIS, its affiliates and subsidiaries are hereby released from any and all claims arising from the event, including claims of negligence.
Holder irrevocably grants to MIS and its assigns, licensees, affiliates and successors the right to use Holder's image, likeness, voice, actions and/or statements in all forms and media including composite or modified representations for all purposes, including advertising, trade, or any commercial purpose throughout the world and in perpetuity. Holder hereby waives any and all claims that Holder may have for libel, defamation, invasion of privacy or right of publicity, infringement of copyright or violation of any other right arising out of or relating to any utilization of Holder's image as described herein. Tickets and other admissions materials:
- Obtained from sources other than MIS and its affiliates may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit, and in such cases will not be honored. Tickets may not be resold at a price higher than printed on the ticket. Tickets may not be resold for any price on MIS property.
- May not be used for advertising, promotions (including contests, sweepstakes or giveaways) or other trade purposes, without the prior express written consent of MIS.
It is the policy of MIS to cancel all renewal privileges of any purchaser of a ticket found to have been resold or offered for sale at a price greater than face value of the ticket. The initial purchaser is responsible if tickets are resold. MIS in its sole discretion and option reserves the right to limit ticket quantities and grant or deny renewal privileges.
