If you would like to Relocate/Add NASCAR SPRINT CUP tickets/camping/champions club, please renew and pay for your current order by the deadline and then call during the Relocation Calling Period as outlined in your renewal.
1. CLICK HERE TO LOGIN

2. Enter Account Number (this can be found on the upper right hand side on your renewal application).
3. Enter PASSWORD and click LOGIN. If you forgot your PASSWORD, please click on "I've forgotten my password" and follow the directions.
4. Click on UPDATE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION under PERSONAL SETTINGS.
Verify Contact Information and update phone numbers and email address as needed
Verify Billing Information and update Credit Card information as needed
5. Click SUBMIT to update Personal Information.
6. Click on VIEW MY RENEWALS under PENDING RENEWAL ORDERS.
7. Click RENEWAL DETAILS for the renewal request id # under the renewal requests area.
8. Click RENEW SELECTED TICKETS to begin processing your renewal order.
9. Verify BILLING & SHIPPING INFORMATION and click PURCHASE NOW to continue.
10. Click CONFIRM ORDER to complete your Renewal Order and process payment.
11. Once you have submitted your payment and your order is complete, please print the confirmation page for your records.

2012 Ticket Renewal FAQs
I had reserved seating in Turn 4 Sections 68-86 and those seats have been removed, what are my options for 2012?
Guests in this area will notice your Renewal Application will contain a special message instead of listing seat locations. You are welcome to move to any open seating at this time. Please advise the agent while you have them on the phone where you would like to be seated and they will assist you with open locations.
We have significantly reduced pricing in the North end of the Center Grandstand seating to allow you a similar view with a better experience in a more comfortable seat that is wider, higher, with more leg room and seatbacks.
I had General Admission seating in Turn 4 Sections 88-116 and those seats have been removed, what are my options for 2012?

• Option 1: Turn 3 Grandstands: Reserved seats with a special renewal customer price of $25 for adults, junior 13-17 ½ price and children 12 and under free (ticket required).
• Option 2: NEW! MIS Family 4 Pack $99: Four tickets in Turn 3 or Center Grandstand Rows 1-5, plus four hotdogs, four Coca-Colas and a souvenir program.
• Option 3: Please refer to MIS Pricing Map for pricing options in all other grandstands. We have a seat just for you!
How do I remove items from my renewal order?
Draw a line through any unwanted items and deduct the dollar amount from your payment.
How do I add tickets/campsites?
During the Calling Period as outlined on your renewal.
How do I DOWNGRADE to a lower price seat for the NASCAR Sprint Cup events?
It's easy. Simply put 10 percent down on your curret seats, then phone us during the calling period to be relocated. And we'll take care of the rest!
Can I add the Fan Hospitality Package to my existing ticket order?
Yes. Just add it to your order and add the amount to your payment.
Can I add Camping to my ticket order?
Yes. During the Calling Period. We'll find you the right campsite at that time.
How do I make an adult ticket into a Junior or Child ticket?
Cross off the Adult price on the form, indicate Junior or Child under 12 and deduct the dollar amount from your payment.
How can I make the Child ticket into an Adult ticket?
Cross off the child on the form, indicate adult and add the dollar amount to your payment.
Can my friend pay for my renewal order?
Yes, as long as you have the complete credit card number, expiration date with V-Code and billing address.
How do I change from one event to another? i.e. June to August, etc.
You would need to send payment by the renewal deadline for the seats you currently have and then phone during the calling period to change to the alternate event.
I mailed in my renewal and now I need to cancel?
Please fax or mail something in writing indicating you need to cancel. You can send that to MIS Ticket Office, 12626 US 12, Brooklyn, MI 49230, or by fax at 517-592-8445.
I want to transfer my renewal to someone else?
To transfer your tickets to someone else, please fax in a copy of the current account holders photo ID, along with the new information of the new account holder (name, address, phone number, email) to 517-592-8445.
