If you would like to Relocate/Add NASCAR SPRINT CUP tickets/camping/champions club, please renew and pay for your current order by the deadline and then call during the Relocation Calling Period as outlined below.
1. CLICK HERE TO LOGIN
(This window will remain open to assist you in the renewal process)2. Enter Account Number (this can be found on the upper right hand side on your renewal application).
3. Enter PASSWORD and click LOGIN. If you forgot your PASSWORD, please click on "I've forgotten my password" and follow the directions.
4. Click on UPDATE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION under PERSONAL SETTINGS.
Verify Contact Information and update phone numbers and email address as needed
Verify Billing Information and update Credit Card information as needed
5. Click SUBMIT to update Personal Information.
6. Click on VIEW MY RENEWALS under PENDING RENEWAL ORDERS.
7. Click RENEWAL DETAILS for the renewal request id # under the renewal requests area.
8. Click RENEW SELECTED TICKETS to begin processing your renewal order.
9. Verify BILLING & SHIPPING INFORMATION and click PURCHASE NOW to continue.
10. Click CONFIRM ORDER to complete your Renewal Order and process payment.
11. Once you have submitted your payment and your order is complete, please print the confirmation page for your records.

ACCOUNT HOLDERS that renewed BOTH June and August weekends: JANUARY 18 - 21, 2010
ACCOUNT HOLDERS that renewed one INDIVIDUAL weekend: JANUARY 22 - 26, 2010
After January 26, no further requests will be taken to relocate. All sales and seat assignments are considered final.
Items added during the calling period must be paid in full, when order is placed.

2010 MANIFEST (SEAT RESIZING) ADJUSTMENT FAQ’S
With the widening of the Center Grandstand seating, how will that impact my seats?
Saturday Seating: The Section/Row/Seats listed on your Renewal Application may be slightly different than in 2009. The seats listed reflect the new numbering for the wider seats in the Center. Please note: If you were on an aisle or end your seats are still on the aisle or end, the numbers have changed because there are now less seats in each row. If you would like to relocate, as long as you renew by the deadline, you will have the opportunity to do so during the Calling Period in January.
Sunday Cup Seating: Last years Section/Row/Seat numbers are listed on your Renewal Application. If you renew by the deadline all guests currently seated on an aisle or end will remain on aisles or ends of rows, for the most part guests will remain in exactly the same section and row. The seat numbers printed on your tickets will vary slightly from what you see listed on your Renewal Application because there are less seats in each row.
Should you be displaced, you will receive a phone call from an MIS Ticket Sales Associate between November 23 and December 23 to assist in placing you in comparable seating.

Please note: If you were on an aisle or end your seats are still on the aisle or end, the numbers have changed because there are now less seats in each row. If you would like to relocate, as long as you renew by the deadline, you will have the opportunity to do so during the Calling Period in January.
I had seats in Turn 4 Sections 88-126 in rows 1-28 now I see those are General Admission, what are my options for 2010?
Guests in this area will notice that your Renewal Application will reflect seating in the same general area but up in rows 29-43. If you would like to relocate, as long as you renew by the deadline, you will have the opportunity to do so during the Calling Period in January.
I had seats in Turn 4 Sections 88-126 in the wheelchair area, what are my options for 2010?
Guests in this area will notice that your Renewal Application will reflect seating in the same general area but over in Sections 68-86. If you would like to relocate, as long as you renew by the deadline, you will have the opportunity to do so during the Calling Period in January.
How do I remove items from my renewal order?
Draw a line through any unwanted items and deduct the dollar amount from your payment.
How do I add tickets/campsites?
During the call in period. Account holders that purchase BOTH June and August Weekends - January 18-21. Account Holders that purchase ONE event weekend - January 22-26.
How do I DOWNGRADE to a lower price seat for the NASCAR Sprint Cup events?
You would need to pay for the seats you currently have then phone in during the calling period to be relocated.
Can I add the Fan Hospitality Package to my existing ticket order?
Yes.
Can I add Camping to my ticket order?
Yes. During the appropriate calling period based on availability.
How do I move from the Infield Camping on the outside of the track?
You would need to send payment by the renewal deadline for the camping listed on your form and then phone during the calling period to change to alternate camping based on availability.
Can I purchase overnight parking for the Infield or Campground in advance?
Sorry - overnight parking is not available for advance purchase. It is sold on a first serve basis event week when the additional car is physically present.
How do I make an adult ticket into a Junior or Child ticket?
Cross off the Adult price on the form, indicate Junior or Child under 12 and deduct the dollar amount from your payment.
How can I make the Child ticket into an Adult ticket?
Cross off the child on the form, indicate adult and add the dollar amount to your payment.
Can my friend pay for my renewal order?
Yes, as long as you have the complete credit card number, expiration date with V-Code and billing address.
How do I change from one event to another? i.e. June to August, etc.
You would need to send payment by the renewal deadline for the seats you currently have and then phone during the calling period to change to the alternate event.
I mailed in my renewal and now I need to cancel?
You must fax or mail something in writing indicating that you need to cancel.
I want to transfer my renewal to someone else?
To transfer your tickets to someone else, fax in a copy of the current account holders photo ID, along with the new information of the new account holder (name, address, phone number, email) to 517.592.8445.
