How do I renew my 2015 tickets and/or campsites for 2016?
ALL 2015 ACCOUNT HOLDERS will receive a Renewal Invitation that is expected to be mailed in October of 2015. It is the account holder's responsibility to inform MIS of non-receipt prior to October 15, 2015. If you have not received your renewal by then, please contact the MIS Ticket Office at 1.800.354.1010. The deadline for MIS to receive your renewal is November 4, 2015.
In addition to the ticket(s) purchased for specific events, your purchase also entitles you to a right to renew your ticket purchase for those events the following year. The track will notify you of the renewal deadline and such renewal must be completed by such deadline. Renewal right is void if such is not held for any reason. Should your exact seat not be available, track may provide reasonably similar accommodations. Please see track website for further details.
But I want to relocate my tickets and/or campsites - how do I do that?
There will be a set calling period for ticket and camping relocations and additions. Please read over your Renewal Invitation for specific instructions when you receive it.
How can I purchase tickets or campsites for 2016?
Our public on-sale date for the 2016 MIS race season is January 18. Please call us at 1.800.354.1010 for further details.
What payment methods does MIS accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. Payment by check, money order, traveler's checks, cash and PayPal (online orders only) are also accepted. Personal checks are not accepted race week.

I moved, and I don't want to miss my renewal! How can I change my address?
Michigan International Speedway now allows you to change your address over the phone at 1.800.354.1010 as long as you can verify certain information regarding your account. You can also mail or fax this form with the photo ID and signature of the account holder on file. Also include any changes of phone numbers and email addresses, if applicable. We have a variety of packages, from our Acceleration Club to Chalets, Suites, and the Champions Club, just right for entertaining any size group. If you are interested in corporate hospitality, please call our Hospitality Hotline at 517.592.1161.
Can my friends and I also enjoy the hospitality clubs?
There's always more than a race going on at MIS, and you can get in on the insider action with an all-inclusive Fan Hospitality package as an individual or small group. There are Hospitality Clubs specific to a certain race or to a whole weekend. Each guarantees a unique experience with special guest speakers. Perks also include food, beverages, hospitality tent access, single day pre-race pit & paddock pass, entertainment and commemorative gifts. Can I schedule a tour of the track?
The MIS viewing area is open April through October 1 from 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday. Fans must sign in at the administration building before using the viewing area.

Where can I buy MIS merchandise?
MIS merchandise is now available for purchase in the lobby of the administration building. Cash and credit is accepted. No checks please. You may also visit the many vendors behind the main grandstands on race weekends.

For consideration which Holder acknowledges, Holder expressly agrees:
All Ticket Sales Are Final – No Money Refunded – No Exchanges. In the event of a postponement of the race, the ticket will be honored on the date the race is held.
The Holder of this ticket expressly assumes all risk incident to the event, whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event and agrees that all participants, sanctioning bodies, and all employees, agents, officers, and directors of Michigan International Speedway (“MIS”), its affiliates and subsidiaries are hereby released from any and all claims arising from the event, including claims of negligence.
Holder irrevocably grants to MIS and its assigns, licensees, affiliates and successors the right to use Holder’s image, likeness, voice, actions and/or statements in all forms and media including composite or modified representations for all purposes, including advertising, trade, or any commercial purpose throughout the world and in perpetuity. Holder hereby waives any and all claims that Holder may have for libel, defamation, invasion of privacy or right of publicity, infringement of copyright or violation of any other right arising out of or relating to any utilization of Holder’s image as described herein.
Tickets and other admissions materials:
- Obtained from sources other than MIS or its affiliates may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit, and in such cases will not be honored. Tickets may not be resold at a price higher than printed on the ticket. Tickets may not be resold for any price on MIS property.
- May not be used for advertising, promotions (including contests, sweepstakes or giveaways) or other trade purposes, without the prior express written consent of MIS.
NASCAR owns all rights to broadcast, transmit, film, tape, capture, overhear, photograph, collect or record by any means (including but not limited to television, cable television, radio, pay-per-view, closed circuit television, satellite signal, digital signal, and the Internet) all images, sounds and data arising from or during any NASCAR Event and NASCAR shall be the sole owner of any and all copyrights, intellectual property rights, and proprietary rights worldwide in and to these works and in and to any other works, copyrightable or otherwise, created from the images sounds and data arising from or during any NASCAR Event. The bearer of any tickets purchased via this document agrees not to take any action, or cause others to take any action, which would contravene, diminish, encroach or infringe upon these NASCAR rights.
