We receive thousands of requests each year from charitable organizations for donations and unfortunately we are not able to accommodate every request. To have your request considered, your charitable organization must submit the below form; requests made from phone calls, emails or letters will not be considered. If any part of this form is not completed, your organization's request will not be considered. This form must be submitted at least SIX WEEKS prior to your event for consideration. No donations will be considered if the request does not meet this timeline. Due to the high volume of requests, MIS can only fulfill requests within a 150-mile radius. To be considered for a donation for our 2014 June race weekend, donation requests must be received by May 1, 2014. To be considered for a donation for our 2014 August race weekend, donation requests must be received by July 1, 2014. Any donation request received after July 1, 2014, will be considered for a donation for the 2015 season.
