Michigan International Speedway is looking for a few loyal fans to join the MIS Fan Advisory Board. The board will be responsible for providing feedback to MIS during the 2008 season, including pre and post events.

To submit your application for the MIS Fan Advisory Board, simply print out the following form and mail it to Michigan International Speedway, Attn: Fan Advisory Board, 12626 U.S. Hwy. 12, Brooklyn, MI 49230. All applications must be postmarked no later than April 21. Thank you for your interest in participating on the MIS Fan Advisory Board.
