Race fans,
It goes without saying that we missed you this year. You bring so much energy and enthusiasm, something that the drivers feed off of and which makes MIS such an exciting place to be. We realize these have been challenging times for everyone, and we appreciate all of your support throughout.
Being one of the first events back this past weekend was important in the return of professional sports in the state of Michigan – something that we are very proud of. The opportunity to host four races over three days, including just the second Cup Series doubleheader in NASCAR history, was special. It was a thrilling weekend, and we want to congratulate our race winners — Riley Herbst, Zane Smith, and Kevin Harvick. We also applaud Ford Performance for taking home the Michigan Heritage Trophy.
We cannot thank you enough for being a loyal fan and for the patience you have provided us over the last few months. We hope you and your family are staying safe and healthy. We look forward to seeing you back at Michigan International Speedway in 2021!
